En FESTENTS hemos renovado nuestros compromisos con todos los eventos para su siguiente edición EN CASO DE CANCELACIÓN, tu reserva es valida para entonces, si esa edición no encaja con tu agenda, puedes escoger entre todo el portfolio de eventos de FESTENTS.
En ningún caso devolvemos el dinero tras los quince días siguientes a la compra. Esto es una compra NO REEMBOLSABLE. Pero puedes escoger la misma tienda es ese mismo evento otra edición o en cualquier otro evento que hagamos. Dicha Garantía es bidireccional, si tu acreditas un problema médico, y no puedes venir al festival, debes avisar com al menos 15 días de antelación, y pasaremos tu reserva al siguiente año.
At FESTENTS we have renewed our commitments to all events for their next edition IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, your reservation is valid by then, if that edition does not fit your agenda, you can choose from the entire FESTENTS event portfolio.
In no case do we return the money after fifteen days following the purchase. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE purchase. But you can choose the same tent at that same event in another edition or at any other event we do. This Guarantee is bidirectional, if you demonstrate a medical problem and cannot come to the festival, you must notify us at least 15 days in advance, and we will transfer your reservation to the following year.
